What's a widget?

I totally stole this baby picture thing (see on the left) from Jeff and Carolyn's blog because I LOVE IT! I find myself looking at their blog and even if there's nothing new, I'm excited to see how the baby's grown. Lame, but true. I recommend that all pregnant ladies steal this widget.
