Tagged

I've been tagged by Nicole and here's the rules:

1. Link to your tagger and post these rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird.
3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.
4. Let them know they are tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.

Deep breath and here we go...

1) I'm the driver. In my family, I drive and Brian reads. Originally, I became the driver for 3 reasons: 1. I hate the way Brian drives. 2. I get car sick. 3. Brian has been known to dose off at the wheel - so far no accidents (knock, knock). Anyway, so far we've read all the books in the Chronicles of Narnia, Fahrenheit 451, Last of the Mohicans, 5 Languages of Love, Pride and Prejudice, and Count of Monte Cristo. We'll be reading boring MCAT books for the next 5 months until Brian's done with the test.

2) I'm part of a secret Queen Creek recruiting mafia. No I'm kidding but I love it out here so much that Morgan and Ryan Finn moved next door (literally), and Adam and Nicole Graham are within a mile. Plus you can see from my Schnep Farms post that I really am a big fan - back me up here Queen Creekers.

3) I have 3 terrible addictions: traveling,
Here's some of the places I've been: Hawaii, Acapulco, Florida, Minnesota, Michigan, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Southern California, Colonial Juarez,Tijuana, Rocky Point, Nogales, and almost everywhere in Arizona.

4) eating out,
Some favorites include: El Charro, Crazy Sub, Burrito Express, and Barro's Pizza.

5) and Dr. Pepper.
Usually, if I'm out running errands, I find myself thinking about where I need to go based on how and when I will get myself a Dr. Pepper. I find myself at Sonic or QT frequently because their ice is fantastic and what's better than good ice... good ice that tastes like Dr. Pepper.

Honestly, the dream scenario for me is to be drinking a Dr. Pepper, while eating out, on vacation.

6) I blew out my knee in high school. Here's the sob story... After an amazing Sophomore JV season, I tore my ACL during the summer and had to have reconstructive surgery. I was out my Junior year and despite the fact that I trained myself into the best physical shape of my life, came back to play a different, and decidedly less exciting/important position my senior year. At the time it was the most crushing thing in the world, but in the long run it worked out great because I got a full-ride academic scholarship to ASU instead of a volleyball scholarship to a Jr. College.

7) I'm the humanitarian specialist in my ward. Now this one is down right laughable! For those of you who don't know, the humanitarian specialist is responsible for organizing service projects that benefit needy people worldwide. The majority of the projects involve a great deal of sewing, organizing and other things of which I have no training/talent whatsoever. All I can say is that it's a good thing we live in a ward where I'm about the average age for the women or I would be in serious, serious trouble.

Tag, you're "it" Carolyn, Ruth Ann, Lindsay, Mollie, Becky, and Jill.

Anywho, i'm not sure if Brian knew a Michelle Gardner from MHS (there were two) one of them passed away this past week. I just thought that maybe he could let others like Wayne know about it.
